Well, here we are, two days in to the Trump administration’s second round and there are endless tragedies to talk about. With that being said, lets jump into one prediction that’s already coming to fruition: replacing organic government services with contracted services in order to funnel money directly to loyal supporters pockets. One Reddit user posted their notification of a rescinded job offer at NASA:

Seem suspicious? Well, it should. SpaceX has long been suckling off the US Government and fully intends to enjoy multiple non-competitive contracts under Trump’s second term. Why do the work in-house efficiently if you can pay a buddy a premium to do it? This entire game is about gobbling up as much money and power as possible, and as a reminder all of the other things – like DEI memos – are just distractions from those efforts. The real efforts will be when the government strokes another $4B to Elon Musk for contracted services.
